EAERs of creatine phosphokinase [CPK] elevation and neutropenia were higher in patients receiving UPA 45 mg QD with no baseline CS use compared with patients with baseline CS use [CPK elevation: 42.5 (26.5, 58.6) vs 23.6 (8.2, 39.1) E/100 PYs, respectively; neutropenia: 50.4 (33.0, 67.9) vs 2.6 (0.0, 7.8) E/100 PYs, respectively)]. This evidence concerns the gene PIK3C2A and neutropenia.
