CD8A and cancer: Our findings unveiled the infiltration levels of diverse immune cell types, such as CD4+ T cells, CAFs, progenitors of lymphoid and myeloid cells, progenitors of monocytes, Endo, Eos, HSCs, Tfh, γ/δ T cells, NK T cells, Tregs, myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), B cells, neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, dendritic cells, NK cells, mast cells, and CD8+ T cells across pan-cancer specimens (Figure 8).
