KLK3 and posterior cortical atrophy: First, urologists should dissect the urethral of the prostatic apex more carefully when performing LRP on PCa patients without NHT, and tackle the bladder neck more carefully when performing LRP on cases with NHT, respectively, to avoid PSM incidence as much as possible; second, preoperative BMI, PSA, biopsy grade, and stage could be used to predict the PSM of postoperative specimen and to estimate the prognosis, and the influencing factors should be considered by laparoscopic surgeons when planning the operation to decrease the incidence of PSMs.
