To further validate whether knockdown of CENP-N combined with radiotherapy inhibits the proliferation of NPC cells by suppressing the AKT/mTOR signaling pathway, we treated CENP-N knockdown NPC cells with the AKT activator SC79 (5 ug/mL) to activate the AKT/mTOR signaling pathway (Fig. 5A, B).
