We analyzed the expression of CENP-N, p-AKT, and p-mTOR in 35 NPC tissue samples and found that compared with those in radioresistant tissue samples, CENP-N, p-AKT, and p-mTOR expression in radiosensitive samples were significantly reduced (Fig. 1B, C). The gene discussed is MTOR; the disease is nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
