In 2-sample MR analyses involving CC4D and Biobank Japan, 13 proteins (FURIN, Sortilin [SORT1], placenta growth factor [PGF], Asialoglycoprotein receptor 1 [ASGR1], C-C motif chemokine 17 [CCL17], angiopoietin-related protein 1 [ANGPTL1], proteinase-activated receptor 1 [F2R], OBP2B, TFPI, tenascin, EFNA1, REG1B, and matrix metalloproteinase [MMP]3) were significantly associated at FDR <0.05 with IHD (Table 2, Supplemental Figure 5). The gene discussed is TFPI; the disease is myocardial ischemia.
