The expression levels of 12 ARGs (VEGFA, VCAN, POSTN, STC1, COL5A2, ITGAV, COL3A1, SPP1, OLR1, PTK2, TIMP1, and JAG2) were higher in both CRC tissues and the advanced-stage groups, which indicated that their potential function as carcinogenic genes in CRC. Here, COL5A2 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
