CD4 and melanoma: When we independently analyzed melanoma BrM (n = 4), which have a peculiar immune infiltrate, as these tumors are considered hot tumors, with a sustained lymphocyte infiltrate, and a high number of point mutations, we observed a significantly higher infiltration of lymphocytes, evaluated by morphological SSC-A parameters combined with CD45 expression, and by the T cell markers CD3, CD4 and CD8 (Figure 2G).
