Following a dominant genetic model, theZNF330 rs34402449 CA/AA,PRR13 rs2683524 CT/TT, andCHURC1 rs11540872 CG/GG were all associated with an increased risk of bladder cancer (adjusted OR = 1.447, 95% CI: 1.169–1.791 for rs34402449; adjusted OR = 1.464, 95% CI: 1.190–1.801 for rs2683524; adjusted OR = 1.497, 95% CI: 1.188–1.887 for rs11540872). This evidence concerns the gene PRR13 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
