AKT1 and infection: To further explore whether the phosphorylation level changes of ERK1/2, AMPK and AKT were related to autophagy, we pretreated Neuro-2a cells with U0126 (inhibitor of ERK1/2), Compound C (inhibitor of AMPK) or SC79 (activator of AKT) before infection with DTMUV AQ-19, and the expression of LC3-II and phosphorylation of ERK1/2, AMPK, AKT and mTOR were evaluated.
