IL10 and polycystic ovary syndrome: The ELISA results showed that the level of the proinflammatory cytokine IL1-β was decreased in all NPs-treated mice, and the level of the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 was significantly increased in the CeO2@RSV group compared with the PCOS model mice (Fig. 4B), suggesting that inflammation was suppressed by NPs treatment and that CeO2@RSV exhibited the greatest effect.
