Recently, numerous studies have indicated that RAB23 is upregulated in multiple types of tumors and takes part in the tumorigenesis of liver cancer, gastric cancer, prostate cancer, and bladder cancer, and is closely concerned with tumor progression (Liu et al. 2007; Hou et al. 2008; Wang and Qin 2018; Ho et al. 2012). This evidence concerns the gene RAB23 and gastric cancer.
