We verified that the RAB23 mRNA was higher in the bladder cancer tissues than that in normal tissues adjacent to cancer, as presented in Fig. 4A. Moreover, similar results were obtained in BCa cell lines, as shown in Fig. 4C, D, the RAB23 mRNA and protein expression levels were higher in T24 and 5637 cells than that in normal bladder epithelial cell line SV-HUC-1. Here, RAB23 is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
