The increase in both total U-LH and U-FSH immunoreactivity (total U-LH-ir or U-FSH-ir) levels during the course of overnight sleep in LPP girls was higher than that in EPP girls, but not at significant levels (P = 0.095 and P = 0.056), with only five subjects in each subgroup (Fig. 2C, D).
