Previously Ki-67 expression was successfully used for reclassification of luminal breast cancer,[22] while p53 is the main regulator of genomic stability and its overexpression is the most frequent genetic alteration in breast cancer.[23] Combination of p53 and Ki-67 expression was reported to improve the prognostic power in other types of breast cancer[24] and with the addition of CD10 has the potential to provide the auxiliary significance for histological diagnosis of PT.
