Our study managed to identify 115 up-regulated DEGs that are distinctive for BO pathogenesis, while additional GO analysis revealed that they were found involved in multiple inflammatory-related biological processes, such as leukocyte migration, neutrophil chemotaxis, regulation of tumor necrosis factor production, chemokine signaling pathway, and leukocyte transendothelial migration. The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome.
