The bioinformatic study revealed that CXCL9/10 was significantly enriched in the TLR signaling pathway, leading to speculation that it is a crucial gene that participates in the pathogenesis of GDM by regulating the progress of the TLR signaling pathway and may thus play a critical role in the pathogenesis of GDM by regulating the inflammatory pathway (Wang et al., 2019a). This evidence concerns the gene CXCL9 and gestational diabetes.
