CAMKK2 and glioblastoma: found in glioblastoma that the upregulation of calmodulin-dependent kinase kinase 2 (CaMKK2) reduced the interaction of DCs with T cells, and reduced the effectiveness of ICI therapies; it was thus suggested that therapies targeting CaMKK2 and DC or T cells would enhance treatment outcomes, although there are no reports of these combination therapies being tested.
