MAPK14 and infection: Furthermore, as we observed above of inx-14 (Figure 3K), RT-PCR analysis revealed that six PMK-1/p38-dependent genes K08D8.5 (43), F08G5.6 (11), F55G11.4 (42), F35E12.5 (44), C14C6.5 (42) and C17H12.8 (45), were significantly up-regulated upon PA14 infection in wild-type and in glp-1(e2141) mutants (Figure 4I).
