METTL16 and neoplasm: The results of KEGG suggested that the majority of the genes that were significantly associated with the expression of METTL16 and lncRNA MALAT1 were enriched in the Wnt/β-catenin pathway (Figure 5(a)), clarifying that METTL16 possibly plays its tumor suppressive role through inhibiting the Wnt/β-catenin pathway.
