The results of the two study cohorts suggested that the expression of MYL9 in patients with N2 and M1 stage was higher than that in patients with N0 and M0 stage, and the expression of MYL9 in patients with Stage IV, Stage III CRC was significantly higher than that in patients with Stage I, Stage II CRC, suggesting that the expression of MYL9 was closely related to the development and metastasis of CRC. The gene discussed is MYL9; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
