DNA microarray showed that CT45A1 up-regulated the expression of 128 genes in cervical cancer Caski cells, including 68 pro-tumorigenic genes, such as fibronectin-1 (FN1), OXTR, PLAC8, LCP1, DACT1, KIAA1462, COL4A1, ABCA1, CNN1, GRB10, TNC, LMCD1, CPE, PLAC8, GNB4, TGFBI, LTBP1, CHML, KRT8, and COL4A2 (> twofold, p < 0.05, Fig. 3A, Supplementary Table S4). The gene discussed is CHML; the disease is cervical carcinoma.
