Immunohistochemical (IHC) staining revealed that the CT45A1 level in the tumor tissues obtained from 119 cervical cancer patients (Supplementary Table S1) was markedly higher than that in the paired paracancerous tissues (Fig. 1A, B, p < 0.001), with 88% specificity and 62% sensitivity without classification of cancer stage.
