By overexpressing and knocking down RGS20 in different human cancer cell lines, Lei Yang et al. found that RGS20 could increase the expression of metastasis-related markers and downregulate the expression of adhesion proteins, which could indicate that RGS20 expression could promote cell proliferation and enhance the invasive migration ability of cancer cells [27, 29, 30] (Figs. 4 and 5, Table 1).
