We therefore have the following speculations on the mechanism of action of microbial-organism interactions causing obesity, 1) Immune-related differentially expressed genes interact with metabolites produced by bacteria to drive anti-inflammatory responses to prevent obesity and 2) Key species are likely to be involved in lipid metabolism in the gut as well as in regulating cellular communication through different pathways that allow developmental changes in fatty acid binding proteins. This evidence concerns the gene GOT2 and obesity disorder.
