Subsequently, correlation analysis between CRGs and immune cells showed that MTF1 and activated CD8 T cells exhibited a strong negative correlation, while LIPT1和activated CD8 T cells presented a strong positive correlation, indicating that the decrease of activated CD8 T cells in the AD group may be closely related to the expression of MTF1 and LIPT1, which suggests that CRGs may be a remarkable factor in the regulation of molecular and immune infiltration in patients with AD (Figures 2I–K). Here, LIPT1 is linked to Alzheimer disease.
