The results showed that the expression levels of HLA-A, HLA-A29.1, HLA-B, HLA-F, and HLA-H in the AD group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the expression levels of HLA-DPB1, HLA-DQA1, and HLA-DRA were significantly lower than those in the control group. This evidence concerns the gene HLA-B and Alzheimer disease.
