By overlapping 71 intersection genes and DEGs between AD and control groups, 60 genes were obtained to predict the potential drugs for AD, and finally, 10 genes (CSNK1D, CRISPLD2, CSF3R, CXCR1, CXCR2, ICAM3, NCF4, STAT3, TLE3, and TNFRSF1A) were observed as targets of the 74 predicted drugs (Figure 7A). This evidence concerns the gene CRISPLD2 and Alzheimer disease.
