A binary logistic regression analysis was performed to examine the probability of CAD occurrence with every 100-unit variation in CCN3 serum levels, which yielded consistent and noteworthy results in both the unadjusted (OR [95% CI] = 1.29 [1.188 − 1.41]) and adjusted models accounting for age, gender, and BMI (OR [95% CI] = 1.29 [1.190 − 1.41]) (P < 0.0001) (refer to Table 4).
