DRAM1 was also in close proximity to FAM49B (related to bacterial infection [49]), THBS1 (related to autophagy [50]), TAGLN2 (related to phagocytosis [51]), and PDIA3 (related to autophagy [52]) (Additional file 2: Figure S5B), which displayed higher expression levels in and around the cell nucleus (Additional file 2: Figure S5C).
