Remodelin, a specific small-molecule inhibitor of NAT10, remarkably inhibited the progression and remodeling the tumor microenvironment (TME) of HNSCC in 4-Nitroquinoline 1-oxide (4NQO)-induced murine OSCC tumors, suggesting that suppressing NAT10 may be a novel therapeutic manner for HNSCC patients. Here, NAT10 is linked to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
