Next, to explore whether NAT10 played a functional role in LN metastasis of HNSCC patients, resulting in a poor prognosis of HNSCC patient, we collected five pairs of fresh tissues of HNSCC patients with or without LN metastasis for evaluating NAT10 expression levels with qRT-PCR and western blotting, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene NAT10 and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
