Interestingly, the expression levels of ZC3H13, Y1HDC1, IGFBP3, YIHDF1, FTO, YTHDF2, YTHDF3, and HNRNPC in normal samples were substantially higher than those in tumor tissues (Figure 1A); the expression levels of the samples were also notably different between meningioma (Grade I and II) and normal tissues (Figure 1B, 1C).
