For example, autoantibodies against double-strand DNA are known to be present in systematic lupus erythematosus disorder (Rahman and Isenberg, 2008); autoantibodies against SSA and SSB are known to be present in Sjögren's syndrome (Routsias and Tzioufas, 2010); and autoantibodies against myeloperoxidase (P-ANCA) and proteinase 3 (p-ANCA) are present in vasculitides (Chen and Kallenberg, 2010).
