Regarding aPL subtypes in our cases, 21% were most frequently positive for aβ2GPI IgG, while aCL IgM and aβ2GPI IgM were not detected in any of the patients, indicating that the prevalence of aPL in COVID-19 was high relative to the general population, yet the clinical relevance remains unsolved.
