Comparison of basic clinical data between AN group (age ≥ 35y, and NOR: AMH > 2 ng/ml, AFC 5 ~ 10) and AD group (age ≥ 35y, and DOR: AMH < 1 ng/ml, AFC < 5) revealed that in addition to significant differences in AMH (P < 0.0001), basal FSH levels were significantly higher in elderly women with DOR (P < 0.001).
