To our knowledge, this is the first study to highlight the role of UBA2 in regulating the migration, invasion, and VM of glioma cells via the RALY/FOXD1/DKK1 pathway, suggesting that blockade of the UBA2/RALY/FOXD1/DKK1 axis may be a potential treatment for gliomas. The gene discussed is FOXD1; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
