In this study, we found that NK cells activated, Macrophages M1, Mast cells resting, T cells CD4 memory activated, and Macrophages M2 may play an important role in skin aging, and the infiltration of these immune cells also correlated to some extent with the expression of circadian rhythm related genes SIRT1, ARNTL and ATF4. Here, BMAL1 is linked to skin aging.
