As shown in Fig. 2F, more adropin+ CD68+, adropin+ ARG1+, and adropin+ PD-L1+ cells were seen in the advanced stages of CRC (Dukes C-D), but no variations in adropin+ iNOS+ cells were observed between early-stage (Dukes A-B) and late-stage CRC (Dukes C-D)(Fig. 2F and G). The gene discussed is ARG1; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
