The result showed that KCNQ4 was significantly up-regulated in 6 cancers, including WT, PAAD, ALL, LAML, PCPG and CHOL, and significantly down-regulated in 25 cancers, such as GBM, GBMLGG, LGG, UCEC, BRCA and CESC (Fig. 1B). This evidence concerns the gene KCNQ4 and cancer.
