While other groups have investigated the effects of ARSi treatments on PSMA expression in patients with prostate cancer and different castration status [8, 9], the novelty of our study was the assessment of PSA kinetics and changes in whole-body PSMA PET quantitative measures in relation to clinical outcome at 1-year after the initiation of the AR modulating treatments. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and prostate carcinoma.
