BCAS2 and esophageal cancer: BCAS2 as negative regulator of tumor suppressor p53 through direct interaction affects cell viability (Kuo et al., 2009), and the expression of BCAS2 has potentially correlation with the aggressive breast cancer (Qi et al., 2005; Salmerón-Hernández et al., 2019), prostate cancer (Kuo et al., 2015) and esophageal cancer (Lang & Zhao, 2018).
