Pathways involved in Parkinson’s disease, blood coagulation, glycolysis, EGF receptor signaling pathway, FGF signaling pathway, plasminogen-activating cascade, and PI3K signaling pathway were found to be specific to MDA MB-231, whereas the integrin signaling pathway and apoptosis signaling pathway were enriched in both MCF-7 and MDA MB-231 cell types, but more prominent in the latter. The gene discussed is PLG; the disease is Parkinson disease.
