Utilizing the Tumor-Immune System Interaction Database (TISIDB), we revealed that HLA-DPA1 was involved in several biological processes, including the positive regulation of cytokine production, immune response, antigen processing and presentation, leukocyte cell-cell adhesion, T cell co-stimulation, proliferation, activation, and receptor signaling pathway, leukocyte proliferation, and presentation pathways, including cell adhesion molecules, antigen processing and presentation, and hematopoietic cell lineage pathways (Supplementary Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene HLA-DPA1 and neoplasm.
