The most common CYP1A2 (− 3860G > A, − 2467delT, − 739T > G, − 163C > A and 2159G > A) and CYP2D6 SNPs (100C > T, 1707delT, 1846G > A, 2549delA, 2615-2617delAAG and 2988G > A) as well as CYP2D6 gene deletion and CYP2D6 allele specific duplication/multiplication were identified in patients with psychiatric disorders (N = 139). This evidence concerns the gene CYP1A2 and psychiatric disorder.
