The KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of our 577 screened DE mRNAs was consistent with the analysis results from our total DE mRNAs, primarily revealing enrichment in pathways such as influenza A infection (p < 0.05), the NF-κB signaling pathway (p < 0.05), the TNF signaling pathway (p < 0.05), and HTLV-I infection (p < 0.05) (Figure 3C); these are classical signaling pathways related to inflammation and viral infection that are enriched with a substantial number of DEGs.
