In another study of the influence of adjuvanted vaccines with azoximer bromide on the effectors of inborn immunity it was shown that all evaluated (split, subunit, and adjuvanted) influenza vaccines elicited a statistically significant (p < 0.05) increase in the counts of granulocytes expressing TLR2, TLR6, TLR8, and TLR9 in peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) cultures when compared to unstimulated cells [56].
