Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis showed that a total of 325 differential pathways were identified, of which the ten most significant pathways were Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, Hematopoietic cell lineage, Cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, Cell adhesion molecules, Calcium signaling pathway, Graft-versus-host disease, Type I diabetes mellitus, Allograft rejection, Viral protein interaction with cytokine and cytokine receptor, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway (Figure 1G; Table S4). Here, AKT1 is linked to type 1 diabetes mellitus.
