CD14 and neoplasm: The findings demonstrated that despite the considerable differences in the scale of the cell populations detected in the tumors, some cell subsets were present in all the samples and were also detected at relatively high frequencies: double-negative T cells, conventional and type 1 DCs, CD14+CD16−monocytes/macrophages, NK cells, and two linage-negative cell subsets including a potential tumor-infiltrating macrophage subset.
