CEACAM5 and malignant colon neoplasm: Multivariate analysis showed that old age (HR: 1.577; 95% CI, 1.125–2.212; p = 0.008), right-side colon cancer (HR: 1.503; 95% CI, 1.057–2.136; p = 0.023), a high CEA level (HR: 1.407; 95% CI, 1.006–1.967; p = 0.046), and poor differentiation (HR: 2.476; 95% CI, 1.327–4.618; p = 0.004) were associated with poorer OS, whereas the administration of a targeted agent was associated with a longer OS (HR: 0.582; 95% CI, 0.383–0.885; p = 0.011).
