Notably, in our study, rs200878487 in the A20 gene was not found in all the samples of the 70 patients with polycythaemia vera [33], or in the 155 patients with acute myeloid leukemia or the 110 patients with lymphocytic leukemia (unpublished data), suggesting that rs200878487 could be associated with a significant risk of psoriasis, but not blood cancers. This evidence concerns the gene TNFAIP3 and hematopoietic and lymphoid system neoplasm.
