Among the eight HubGs, three (CD36, ACACB, and PDK4) were found to be down-regulated genes in different stages of BC progression, and the rest five HubGs (COL11A1, COL10A1, PLK1, UBE2C, and CD24) exhibited upregulation in different stages of BC progression compared to the control group. Here, ACACB is linked to breast cancer.
