PRGN-3006, a CD33-directed CAR-T with IL-15 membrane bound, was tested in 20 R/R AML, 1 chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) with ≥5% blasts, and 3 high-risk MDS without (cohort 1) or with lymphodepletion (fludarabine 30 mg/m2 and cyclophosphamide 500 mg/m2 days −5 to −3; cohort 2). This evidence concerns the gene CD33 and myelodysplastic syndrome.
