FCGR2A and atherosclerosis: Figure 1 and Figure 2 show the results of multivariate logistic regression, including FCGR2A and traditional risk factors for atherosclerosis. In the final model (Figure 2), the FCGR2A level was independently and significantly associated with APCA prevalence together with age, male sex, and current smoking. The R2 value for this model was 0.44, and it was similar to the R2 for the model, including all traditional atherosclerosis risk factors without additional biomarkers (Figure 3).
