In the multivariate analysis, leptin receptor levels were protective (OR: 0.98, 95% CI = 0.97–0.99, p = 0.002) while the GG genotype of rs1137101 of LEPR increased BC risk (OR: 3.42, 95% CI = 1.27–9.20, p = 0.02). This evidence concerns the gene LEPR and breast cancer.
