Our findings from immunofluorescence and western blotting analyses revealed that Fer-1 treatment did not affect γ-H2AX expression or the number of γ-H2AX foci in GBM cells treated with TMZ plus ABX, indicating an absence of crosstalk between ferroptosis and DNA damage induced by combination therapy (Figure S10).
